Herring fillets slowly matured in sugar, vinegar, salt and aromatic spices. Served on rye bread with traditional accompaniments and fresh herbs

Served with tomato marmelade & herbmix on sourdough bread

Fried Plaice – 145 DKK
Crispy breaded plaice served on rye bread with lemon, fresh herbs and traditional remoulade.

Spring Pea Velouté – 115 kr.
Silky green pea soup finished with herb oil and tender spring shoots.

Grilled Pointed Cabbage – 125 kr.
Charred pointed cabbage with browned butter mayonnaise infused with miso, herb panko and toasted hazelnuts.

Tartar Savoie – 155 kr.
Hand-cut beef tartare with shallots, mustard vinaigrette, horseradish and garden cress.


MAIN COURSES
