Aged Herring – 125 DKK
Herring fillets slowly matured in sugar, vinegar, salt and aromatic spices. Served on rye bread with traditional accompaniments and fresh herbs.

Blue Havgus Cheese – 125 kr.
Served with tomato compote, apple, broken gel and a delicate hint of rum.

Fried Plaice – 145 DKK
Crispy breaded plaice served on rye bread with lemon, fresh herbs and traditional remoulade.

Silky green pea soup finished with herb oil and tender spring shoots.

Grilled Pointed Cabbage – 125 kr.
Charred pointed cabbage with browned butter mayonnaise infused with miso, herb panko and toasted hazelnuts.

Tartar Savoie – 155 kr.
Hand-cut beef tartare with shallots, mustard vinaigrette, horseradish and garden cress.
