3-course menu DKK 495 per person.
Please note that menus should be the same for all guests. Naturally, we are flexible regarding allergies and dietary concerns.
We can do a dedicated wine pairing for your menu or you can choose one of our beverage packages.
STARTERS
SALMON - gravlax – mustardsauce - smoked cheese cream – dill oil – crisp salad.
TATAR made from Danish beef tenderloin, egg yolk, artichoke chips & crisp salad.
MAIN COURSES DOVER SOLE - fried dover sole on the bone – brown butter – apples – capers – hazelnuts – new potato
STEAK BEARNAISE - 250 g striploin – tomatoes compot – sauce bearnaise – french fries

CHEESCAKE - deconstructed cheescake - sesonal compot - crumble
