In Cap Horn's atmospheric premises, food and drink have been served to hungry and thirsty sailors and other guests since 1687. Today, Cap Horn is a modern Danish bistro, where traditions are challenged in new interpretations. You will find the traditional duck on the menu, but it does not taste quite as you are used to.

3 SERVINGS: CURRY HERRING Marinated herring with curry cream is served with toasted buckwheat, pickled onions, mustard seeds, coriander and burnt egg. CONFIT DE CANARD Duck leg confit, served with red cabbage, rosemary glaze and caramelized apples and potato compote.
RICE PUDDING The traditional Christmas dessert, served with chopped roasted almonds and warm cherry sauce.
