Christening at Cap Horn – Brunch and celebration in the heart of Copenhagen
A christening is one of the first great family gatherings, and at Cap Horn in Nyhavn we make sure everything is in place. We set the table for a classic christening brunch where family and friends can come together in warm, historic surroundings with views over the canal. We take care of the food and the atmosphere — you enjoy the day together.
Our christening package is priced at 495 DKK per person and includes a welcome drink of sparkling wine and a generous brunch spread with unlimited coffee, tea and juice.

We've made it easy to plan the day with a package that includes everything you need for a wonderful morning. Price: 495 DKK per person.
Guests are welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine or juice, before a generous brunch spread is laid out featuring the best seasonal ingredients — from freshly baked bread and scrambled eggs to salmon, cheeses and fruit. Coffee, tea and juice flow freely throughout the morning.

Spaces with history and atmosphere
Cap Horn is housed in Fredsfondens Hus at Nyhavn 21 — one of the canal's oldest buildings, dating back to 1687. The light, warm rooms provide a relaxed and welcoming setting for the child's first big celebration, and the terrace overlooking Nyhavn offers the perfect spot to welcome guests in the sunshine.
Ground floor: seats up to 70 guests (across 2 sections, open to other diners)
First floor — private dining room: seats up to 51 guests
Nyhavn terrace: available for a welcome drink with views over the canal

Please note:
All party and group menus are for a minimum of 10 guests and must be ordered at least 5 weekdays before the event.
The same menu must be chosen for all guests, unless there are vegetarians, allergies, or other special dietary requirements in the party.
We reserve the right to change menus according to available deliveries.
We will always seat parties and groups together. In the case of large groups, seating may take place at more than one table. We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but we cannot guarantee specific seating areas in advance.
For parties of 10 guests or more, we kindly ask that payment is made as a single transaction for the entire group. We are not able to process individual payments for larger groups, as this helps ensure a smooth experience for both your party and our other guests.
Please note that a fee will be charged for payments made with corporate cards or cards issued outside the EU/EEA.
