Soup made with Jerusalem artichokes and cream with chopped apples,
Jerusalem artichoke crisps and truffle oil.
The roe löjrom from the fish vendace (Coregonus albula). We serve the roe
with crème fraîche, red onion and lemon.
Mussels steamed with white wine, cream, leeks, carrots and fennel.
Raw marinated beef carpaccio with ’Vesterhavsost’, French dressing made of
mayonnaise and dijon mustard, spring onions and fresh herbs
