All starters are served from 12 midday.
The treasure of the forrest. The seasonal chanterelles are gently roasted
and then tossed with shallots, garlic and cream.
The chanterelles are served with fresh herbs on rye bread.
The shrimps are served with a dill mayonnaise, lemon, sourdough bread and butter.
The shrimps are served fresh and for you to peel at the table.
Salmon tartare of fresh and smoked salmon tossed with mustard, capers,
red onion and topped with avocado. Served with sourdough bread and butter.
Raw marinated beef carpaccio with ’Vesterhavsost’, French dressing with
dijon mustard, spring onions and fresh herbs. Served with sourdough bread and butter.
