Half a lobster boiled with dill is served chilled with homemade dillmayonnaise and organic lemon. Organic sourdough bread and butter.
Cod terrine served chilled with Beedroot cream, pickled mustard seeds, fried capers served with sourdough bread and butter.
Beef tenderloin served pink with grilled chicory, Jerusalemartichoke crisps, pumpkin purée, roasted parsnips, potatoes with thyme and a full-bodied truffle sauce.
Champagne mousse served with chocolate and sea buckthorn on a marzipan base.

New Year's Eve the kitchen closes at 23:00 and the restaurant closes at 23:45. Then you have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful fireworks in Nyhavn.
