CAP HORN'S NEW YEAR'S EVE MENU

½ LOBSTER
Half a lobster boiled with dill is served chilled with homemade
dill mayonnaise and organic lemon.
Organic sourdough bread and butter.

CODFISH
Thin slices of raw and marinated cod served with orange, coriander and a vinaigrette with chilli, orange and organic olive oil.
Organic sourdough bread and butter.

VENISON STEAK
Red deer filet grilled pink is served with roasted Jerusalem artichokes, organic kale, carrot purée and a full-bodied truffle sauce.

CHEESE
Organic cream cheese served with compote and crackers.

DESSERT PLATE
A selection of Cap Horn's homemade temptations. Try the chocolate cake made with Belgian chocolate,
marzipan cake treats, crème brûlée and a champagne sorbet.

DKK 680 per person.
 

New Year's Eve the kitchen closes at 23:00 and the restaurant closes at 23:45. Then you have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful fireworks in Nyhavn.
