CAP HORN'S NEW YEAR'S EVE MENU

½ LOBSTER
The lobster is boiled with dill and served chilled with
homemade dill mayonnaise, organic lemon and
grilled organic sourdough bread.

CODFISH
thin slices of raw-marinated codfish served with orange fillets, vinaigrette with chili, orange and organic olive oil and fresh herbs. With organic sourdough bread and butter.

 

 

VENISON STEAK
Pink-roasted sirloin steak of red deer served with truffle flan, organic kale and poached organic onion. With a rich red wine sauce.

 

CHEESE
2 organic cheeses with accompaniments of the day.

 

DESSERT PLATE
A selection of Cap Horn's sweet homemade temptations: Chocolate cake made with rich dark Belgian chocolate, marzipan confections, white chocolate mousse and a passionfruit sorbet.
