QUINOA SALAD (VEGETARIAN)
Salad with quinoa, avocado, tomatoes, red onion, pumpkin seeds
and mini romaine lettuce tossed in chive oil.
Plaice pan-fried whole served with green asparagus, grilled lemon,
small potatoes and a sauce with plenty of parsley.
Lamb rump roasted with garlic, rosemary and thyme and served pink with grilled
pointed cabbage, spring onion, rhubarb and beetroot compote, small potatoes and
a sauce made of the lamb stock.
FLAT IRON STEAK
Flat iron steak with asparagus, baked and burned onion,
bearnaise sauce and small potatoes.
