Chilled tomato soup made with fresh
organic tomatoes, organic olive oil & bell peppers. Served with shrimps. 
organic cucumber and bell pepper on top and bread and butter on the side. 

SALMON
Baked salmon with date tomatoes and organic pointed cabbage. Served with a dill sauce and Danish potatoes. 

WHITE CHOCOLATE
White chocolate mousse with dark chocolate, tuille and cherries.
