On the first floor, in our unique banquet facility, we host dinners for companies, ministries, press conferences, as well as weddings, birthdays and other special occasions.

STARTERS
Crab Salad
Pieces of crab stirred with organic crème fraîche and organic red onions, served with fresh herbs and homemade chive mayonnaise, bread and butter.

 

Löjrom
The exclusive caviar löjrom. We serve the caviar with organic crème fraîche, chopped organic red onions and toasted bread.

 

Beef Carpaccio
Thin slices of raw beef served on a truffle cream served with watercress, organic olive oil and Pecorino cheese, bread and butter.

 

MAIN DISHES
Plaice
A whole plaice fried in organic butter and served with a sauté of capers, mushrooms, tomato and spinach, small potatoes and organic butter sauce.

 

Braised lamb
Lamb served with glazed organic carrots, organic celeriac and a coarse puree of potatoes flavoured with basil and a port wine sauce.

 

Fillet of beef
We serve a juicy grilled steak with a sauce and seasonal vegetables - preferably organic and small boiled potatoes tossed in parsley.

 

DESSERTS & CHEESE
Chocolate cake
Chocolate cake made of rich dark Belgian chocolate and covered with a layer of chocolate mousse, served with organic vanilla ice cream.

 

Crème brûlée
Crème brûlée burned with organic cane sugar, served with passion fruit sorbet and berries.

 

Organic cheese
A selection of Danish and foreign cheeses served with compote.
